4 inch cushion sewn buffing wheel used for light cutting and coloring. 100% cotton cloth for consistent performance and hand turned for greater durability and uniform wear. Cushion sewn is less aggressive than spiral sewn. More aggressive than flannel or 1 row sewn. For best results, use with Dico buffing compound – stainless/steel: white rouge, copper/brass/aluminum: white rouge, plastics/acrylics: plastic compound(sky blue). 32 ply cotton.
